I just found out that my first ever client of 14 yrs has passed away im absolutely devastated by this news. When choosing a massage make sure you have the right allocated massage that works for you in mind. Forinstance a Deep Tissue Massage is not for the faint hearted it goes deep into the muscles to relieve soreness, yes it does hurt but nothing like an Epsom Salts bath to do the trick
So really do your research when searching for a massage therapist we're not all the same and we specialise in different things .
Its mainly what your body needs...
