Nadia brings a calm, grounded and nurturing presence to every class. With warmth, authenticity and genuine compassion, she creates a space where students can slow down, reconnect and simply be.

For Nadia, yoga is so much more than physical movement. It is a practice of self-awareness, balance, and connection. Her classes gently invite you to move with intention, breathe deeply, and discover the profound benefits of yoga for the body, mind, and heart.

A mum of two, creative soul, and retreat facilitator, Nadia shares her love of yoga with humility and kindness. She meets each student exactly where they are, offering a practice that is welcoming, supportive and deeply nourishing.

Weโ€™re so grateful to have Nadia as part of the Immerse Yoga family and look forward to sharing her beautiful classes with you. โค๏ธ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป

EVOLVE FLOW
Tonight-5:30pm-90 minutes

Your edge is where growth begins.

Not by forcing.
Not by chasing perfection.
But by meeting each moment with steady attention.

Tonight weโ€™ll explore strength, mobility, balance, and breath as we move towards our individual limits not to conquer them, but to understand them.

When we stay present at the edge, the body becomes stronger, the mind becomes steadier, and something deeper begins to unfold.

Come ready to explore.
Come ready to evolve.

See you tonight. ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป

Yoga beyond the mat - Ahimsa I A 4-week journey

28/06/2026

This is a 4-week journey into Ahimsa - the first of the Yamas and the doorway into the deeper path of Yoga.

Together, we will discuss the depths of Ahimsa, explore its teachings and consciously practise them in our everyday lives.

Each week our community comes together to share our experiences, reflect on what has arisen throughout the week, support one another and learn from each otherโ€™s journey. Through these conversations and our own lived experience, we begin to discover what Ahimsa truly means - not as an idea, but through direct experience.

Ahimsa is often translated as non-violence, but it reaches far beyond that. It invites us to cultivate kindness, compassion, patience and awareness in the way we think, speak and act - towards ourselves, others and the world around us.

This isnโ€™t about learning a concept.

Itโ€™s about living it. ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป

Starting Sunday 5th July at 4:00pm.

Book through our website or send us a text.

Weโ€™d love for you to be part of this journey. ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป

Surfing the Edge ๐ŸŒŠ๐Ÿ„โ€โ™‚๏ธ๐Ÿง˜๐Ÿปโ€โ™‚๏ธ

You cannot force flow. But you can learn to create the conditions for it.

As Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi discovered through decades of research, flow arises when the challenge in front of us sits just beyond what we can currently do comfortably. Too easy and we switch off. Too difficult and we become overwhelmed. The sweet spot is always at the edge.

This is true in surfing, and it is true in yoga, breathing, and meditation.

Like a surfer waiting for the right wave, we cannot create flow. We can only position ourselves, stay present, and be ready when it arrives. We cannot control the ocean, but we can learn to move with it.

In yoga, breathing, and meditation, flow is often found at the edge between effort and ease. Too much effort creates tension, too little effort leads to distraction. Flow emerges when we find the balance.

One of the most interesting things about flow is that our experience of time changes. An hour can feel like minutes. Time seems to disappear altogether.

The ego softens. The need to analyse, compare, judge, or prove something falls away. There is no longer a sense of doing the practice. There is only the practice, and we become completely immersed in the experience.

Many of us have felt this while surfing a wave, moving through a yoga practice, sitting in meditation, or becoming absorbed in the rhythm of the breath. For a few moments, we are completely immersed in the present moment.

It is not about forcing, striving, or controlling the experience. It is about showing up, breathing, and being fully present with what is unfolding.

Flow is not something we make happen.

It is something that arises when challenge, breath, awareness, and presence come together.

Surf the edge, trust the process, and let the wave carry you.๐Ÿ„โ€โ™‚๏ธ๐Ÿ„โ€โ™‚๏ธโค๏ธ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป

This morning, a pattern in the sand caught my eye.

At first, it just looked like a beautiful imprint left behind by the ocean. But the longer I stood there, the more I found myself reflecting on my own journey.

Watching the shifting tide and the ripples it had left in the sand, I couldnโ€™t help but see reminders of where Iโ€™ve been, what Iโ€™ve moved through, and the marks left behind along the way.

Every experience, challenge, and moment of growth leaves an imprint upon us. Some are deep, some barely visible, yet all become part of who we are.

At Immerse, we simply create space to pause, breathe, and reconnect. A space to move, reflect, and return to what matters most.

Like the ocean, weโ€™re always moving, always changing, and yet somehow always finding our way back home to ourselves. ๐ŸŒŠ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป

MANIPURA CHAKRA
City of Jewels ๐Ÿ’Ž ๐Ÿ”ฅ

As we close out our week working with the Solar Plexus Chakra, Manipura, take a moment to reflect on what has shifted within.

This energy centre, connected to our inner fire and personal power, reminds us of the strength, courage, and light that already lives inside us.

Throughout the week weโ€™ve explored confidence, trust, resilience, and the ability to move forward with greater clarity and intention. Learning to soften self doubt, release what no longer serves us, and reconnect to our own inner wisdom.

Manipura teaches us that true power doesnโ€™t come from force, it comes from presence, trust, authenticity, and the courage to be fully ourselves.

Keep backing yourself.
Keep shining your light. โœจ
