I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for your ongoing support. It’s with a heavy heart that I share the news of my upcoming break from the salon.
My last working day will be March 22nd.

While I’ll miss our chats and transformations, I’m looking forward to using this time to recharge, reconnect, and consider what the future holds. I can’t wait to share that renewed energy with each and every one of you, if circumstances allow.

6 month journey from box colour to healthy, shiny, vibrant blonde ✨

A big thank you to everyone's kind words the other day as I touched on lightly about dealing with chronic pain.

To allow my body some rest and recovery while I work on getting back to full strength I have reduced my days.

Along with this change I will be sharing my suite with good friend and very talented barber, - If you have visited within the past couple weeks you would’ve seen his amazing art work displayed 🤩

Currently we have decided to share the suite on below days;

⚡️Elana: Tuesday / Wednesday / Friday / Saturday.
⚡️Tom: Sunday / Monday / Thursday.

Please bear in mind, if you have specific days/times please book well in advance as spots will fill up.

The rebrand is finally here 🥳🥳 Choosing a name that reflects my work and your experience was an important  part of this process. Elana Imogene will be changing names to Camden Story.


Why Camden Story?

Camden is my favourite town in London, a place I feel connected to because of the diversity. Camden is filled with vibrant life, music, art & food. A multicultural a place where all is accepted and no one has to conform to main stream ideas. 
Story is a reflection of all of you. Each and everyone of you bring stories of your experiences that we share. 

This is where Camden Story was born.

Camden Story is so much more than a hair salon. Encapsulating a culture of inclusion, diversity, innovation, creativity, and love, my mission is to provide a safe and calm environment where you can make yourself at home, lose your inhibitions, and be unapologetically you. A space to collaborate so I can understand your vision, curate your style, and share great experiences in the process.

I have always been on a path to create a truly personalized experience. Healthy hair, bold colours, and supporting others is my happy place and where I thrive. As my craft has evolved, so has my ethos to provide a bespoke, un-edited, judgment-free space. To combine my passions and seek inspiration and opportunities of growth not only in the hair industry but in the communities I am a part of and the individuals I meet.
