Starfas Hair Design was established in 1985 by Peter Starfas on Chapel Street. In May 2014 Starfas Hair Design relocated to Wheelers Hill Shopping Centre.
In 1998 Peter opened a salon in Wheelers Hill Shopping where he stayed until 2002. In 2010 Mel, who took over the family business, opened Starfas Hair Design in the South Yarra Arcade, Toorak Road. Mel has been hairdressing since 2005 and has had extensive in salon training and also participated in various cutting, colouring, styling and business courses and seminars throughout her years of haird
