💔 Today I said goodbye to my girl. 19 years of life, freedom and attitude. You certainly ruled the roost and only allowed people to pat you on your terms but you snuggled with me unconditionally. We have been on many adventures over the years together. Rest in peace Tiger Lilly. I will certainly miss you 😢

I’ve been really thinking about my current state on making myself better and creating my own safe space. I need to refocus on my health goals, spending time with the people I care about, and enjoying my time with boys.

I saw a picture of myself recently and it reminded me of how good I felt in my safe space. I felt strong and confident, like nothing negative could get to me. The picture made me think of a quote I love: “This comeback is personal, it’s an apology to myself.” It made me realise that I’ve let things I can’t control affect me, and I need to bring back that happy and fierce part of me.

Understanding how important it is to take care of myself and love myself has been a big deal for me. I’m really excited to keep going on this journey and find more love and growth. Here’s to a new chapter filled with good things and finding my purpose again.

That’s it 2023 has come to an end! It’s been a wild one… highs lowes and challenges but I got to do it all with the people I love. I’m so grateful for the life I have and the journey I’m yet to take. Peace out 2023! HELLO 2024!! ✨

I wanted to take the opportunity to wish everyone a fabulous Christmas and enjoy the festivities with your loved ones. As I reflect on the year 2023, I can’t help but feel grateful for all the positive experiences it has brought. A lot has happened around me, and each event has taught me valuable lessons that I can apply to my own journey in life. With the new year, 2024, just around the corner, I am filled with anticipation and excitement as I set new goals and aspirations for myself.

Despite not loving golf 😂. It's been 10 years since my husband and I played our first game together, and now even our boys are playing. Although I may not be the biggest fan, I still give it my best shot. Just look at these old shoes I bought back then, they're still going strong! The message here is to never give up on yourself. I may not be passionate about golf, but I'm living my best life these days. 😊....
