Schedule in some time in your diary to do things that serve you. For me, health is a top priority. I'm an introvert, so my energy drains in social situations therefore I crave tome alone to work on my health...alone!

Every month I take time of during the week for just me to jump in the sauna, get a massage or jump in the float tank...pure bliss!
