6 Week Block - The Upper & Lower Triangles
The human system is often understood through two primary energetic groupings:
Lower Triangle (First, Second, Third Chakras)
The realm of instinct, survival, and personal power
Upper Triangle (Fourth, Fifth, Sixth Chakras)
The realm of connection, expression, and awareness
These are not separate systems, but a continuum of energy flow, unified through breath, awareness, and practice.

Earth (Root)
Stability
Belonging in the body
Relationship to physical reality
The first chakra governs security and grounding - the base from which all practice rises.
Water (Sacral), Movement, Emotional flow, Sensory experience
The second chakra relates to creativity and polarity—how we relate, feel, and move with life.
Fire (Navel), Willpower, Transformation, Identity and direction
The third chakra (Nabhi centre) is the seat of pranic distribution, vitality, and inner strength.
The lower triangle is where we build the capacity to be in the body stable, responsive, and energised.
The Diaphragm - The Bridge
Breath is the bridge where what is held begins to move.
Upper Triangle “The Expression of Energy”
The upper triangle is where energy becomes expression, felt, communicated, and understood.
Practices include:
