A little comic relief with my “Failure to Thrive” sculpture series.

“Failure to Thrive” is meant to spark dialogue on the troubling state of the pharmaceutical and food industries in the USA today and how they contribute to making and keeping people sick, often by design. I was struck with a debilitating illness in December 2018, which over ten conventional doctors and specialists have been unable to diagnose to this day. The illness left me unable to work for more than three months. It was when I decided to take responsibility for my own health – reading up on disease, wholistic and naturopathic healing, and keeping a food diary – that I discovered a very serious gluten intolerance (the primary trigger for my debility), something that the doctors missed. The experience opened my eyes to how conventional healthcare in many ways is outdated and lacks proper knowledge, insight and research into the connection of diet and disease.

“Failure to Thrive” along with many other wonderful works will be on exhibit through August 9, 2019. Come through to check them out in person:
