Beauty Tip: Cuticle Care
The cuticle acts as a barrier to prevent bacteria from entering into the nail. The cuticle is constantly discarding of old cells and producing new cells. At times cuticles can dry out, harden or split especially under harsh conditions and lead to a sore feeling or if it splits deep enough, it can lead to bleeding. To care your cuticles, one can rub a healing oil, cream or salve into the cuticle tissue as often as needed. You can even soak them in warm oil and massage the oil into the cuticle.
