The Blessed Virgin Mary appeared to three children in Fatima, Portugal on the 13th day of each month from May to October in 1917. During her apparitions, she promised that a “great sign” will happen on her last visit. This took place on October 13. 70,000 people showed up that day to witness the sign that she had promised. The people saw the sun “dance.” They witnessed the sun make circles and went zigzag around in the sky.
