We are looking for a smart, confident, and customer-focused Customer Relationship Officer / Accounts Officer to join our growing team.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years of experience in customer relationship management or customer service
* Ability to manage cash flow, daily transactions, and expense records
* Professional appearance with a positive attitude
* Ability to handle clients professionally and maintain excellent customer satisfaction
* Experience in the beauty salon, hospitality, wellness, or luxury service industry will be preferred
* Basic computer and social media communication skills will be an advantage
Previous experience working in a call center will be considered an added advantage
Responsibilities:
* Welcome and assist clients professionally
* Manage appointments and customer inquiries
* Handle phone calls and client communication efficiently
* Maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-up
* Handle customer feedback and ensure a premium service experience
* Coordinate with internal teams to provide smooth customer support
