I recently dined at Sky Vista Lounge and had a truly satisfying experience. The variety of dishes I tried showcased authentic flavors and thoughtful presentation.

We started with the Thai soup, which was rich, aromatic, and perfectly balanced between spicy and sour – a great way to awaken the palate. The Cashew Nut Salad was refreshing and crunchy, with a nice blend of textures and a subtle kick from the dressing.

For appetizers, the Tempura was light and crispy without being greasy, and the Kalamari was tender and well-seasoned – not rubbery at all, which is often a challenge with squid.

The highlight for me was the Nasi Goreng rice – flavorful, smoky, and packed with ingredients. It had just the right amount of spice and was very filling. the Chicken Nunbun stood out with its juicy, well-marinated meat and soft buns – a great fusion bite. Last but not the least their masala tea gave me a refreshing finishing for that day 🫠

The ambiance of the restaurant was calm and stylish, and the staff were friendly and attentive throughout our meal. Overall, I’d definitely recommend to enjoy a diverse range of well-executed Asian dishes in one place. Do visit and experience their amazing food with nice ambiance
