২-সূর্যের অতিবেগুনী রশ্মি ত্বকের মারাত্মক ক্ষতি করে থাকে।তাই সকাল ১১ টা থেকে বিকাল ৪ টা পর্যন্ত ছাতা ব্যবহার করা উচিত। এর ফলে sunburn & suntan কম হবে।

৩-ত্বকের লাবণ্যতা ধরে রাখতে ময়েশ্চারাইজার অনেক গুরুত্বপূর্ণ ভূমিকা পালন করে।বেশির ভাগ ময়েশ্চারাইজার ওয়েলবেস হয় যা গরমে ত্বকের জন্যে বেশ ক্ষতিকর।তাই নিজের ত্বক বুঝে ওয়াটারবেস ময়েশ্চারাইজার ব্যবহার করা উচিত।

৪- বরফের ব্যবহার ত্বকের লালচে ভাব এবং তৈলাক্ততা কমাতে সাহায্য করে। কিন্তু বাইরে থেকে এসে ৩০-৪০ মিনিট পর বরফের টুকরো ব্যবহার করা ভালো।
