Position: Customer Service Executive.(Female)

10:00 AM - 8:00 PM.
Job Responsibilities
1) Answering incoming calls from customers and ensuring instant customer satisfaction Managing online customers queries (i.e. Facebook, Email, WhatsApp)
2) Initiate calls to the customer to make better engagement with customers and sales growth.
3) Respond to customer inquiries regarding product quality, complaints, and feedback.
4) Listening to the customers' needs to generate repeat sales.
5) Sell products and place customer orders on the computer system.
6) Initiate follow-up calls. Maintaining a high standard of call quality as per the requirement of the organization.

- Educational Requirements: Minimum SSC/HSC
- Additional Requirements
Age 18 to 27 years
Computer Literacy/ Google Sheets/ Google Word / Mail / page managements.
Clear voice clarity & proper accent
Probation 3 months.
Salary: Negotiable.
