We have been receiving an increasing amount of messages in regard to our shipment related to Jeffree Star Lipsticks.

This specific shipment was ordered from a wholesaler who was later deported from the U.S by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement resulting in our shipment to be abandoned or lost without any clear insights.

Upon contacting the relevant authorities & relatives of the said individual, we were provided with multiple assurances & dates for the recovery of the shipment without any end in sight.

If you have been shopping at Marvella for the past 10+ years, we are confident that you have received all of your orders if not most, and in the event that you haven’t received it, you were refunded within a reasonable timeframe as stated in our Terms & Conditions.

In recent months, we have experienced a lot of delays unlike any other year in our company’s history, starting from the fires at the C&F cargo hold to ICE detaining our vendors / suppliers, it has been a challenging year to keep up with our service standards.

We also have noticed an increased amount of “ghost orders” with no history that are requesting for refunds, claiming to be relatives or business partners of our respective clients, this is creating further delays in our refund process as we continue to verify new requests almost every hour.

Kindly note, that we will not be issuing refunds to accounts that have no history of placing any orders through us.

Marvella has always been committed to transparency & authenticity in both our service standards and quality of goods sold.

In regards to any & all pending refunds, Marvella commits to refund all orders from this particular shipment once banks open after the elections, gradually and within a reasonable timeframe.
