The 4-2-4 method is a Korean skincare technique where you spend 10 minutes cleansing your face: 4 minutes with oil, 2 minutes with a foam cleanser, and 4 minutes rinsing with water. This routine helps remove makeup, SPF, and impurities thoroughly—without damaging your skin barrier.

How to do the 4-2-4 Method:
