Simple Hair Care Tips -

hair oil before shampoo. Always apply and massage hair oil to your scalp and hair 1/2 hours before you plan to wash your hair. You can use Coconut oil, Olive oil or methi/amlokhi mixed coconut/olive oil.

! Always! Rinse your hair with normal/cold water.. Rinsing with normal water will close the cuticles and seals the moisture in each strand.

apply conditioner to your scalp, always apply with a comb or use your hand. Rinse it off in 1-2 minutes or leave in as per the directions. Take care to wash it off completely.

scrub your scalp harshly. Do it very gently.

protein treatment once a month.
