Update from Shop Assist Ltd. Operations:

Good evening. As you already know, shipments have been on hold since March of this year. You have been patiently waiting with us through the months of lockdown and COVID and we want to thank you for it.

We’re being able to book shipments again now and will bring the first batch right after Eid. Although, note that the first batch will be about 20 percent of the pending shipments. We’ll bring in the rest of it week by week over the month of August, 2020 Inshallah.

We can’t wait to formally begin again with preorders and to get your pending orders delivered at your doorstep. We wanted to give you a heads up, will reach out again soon. Stay strong and safe.

We've attended office in a very limited capacity (in order to ensure safety) the past week amidst the lockdown and made a few emergency deliveries before Eid. Today is our last day before Eid and we start again on the 27th.

Subject to courier companies starting too, we'll slowly start to deliver your pending items after Eid (the ones that are already here).

For the shipments that are not here, we'll obviously have to wait till the Corona situation to allow flights to operate again. This may or may not ease after Eid depending on government policy and decisions. You're cordially requested to be patient until shipments are ongoing again for your pending orders.

Until then, Eid Mubarak, guys. This is a strange time for sure and we hope we all get through this and survive and sustain together.
