Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s Degree (commerce background)
2. Fresher welcome to apply
3. Females are encourage to apply
4. Good knowledge English.
5. Must have good knowledge in computer operating.
6. Proficient in MS office including Word & Excel;
7. High sense of responsibility, self-motivated, detail-minded and good at teamwork.

Responsibilities:
1. Prepare accounting vouchers for daily operations;
2. Prepare monthly payment sheet of customers and sales file maintain.
3. Sales inventory data entry, work with sales team.
4. Prepare sales invoice
6. Perform checking and ensure accuracy on invoices issued by marketing department;
7. Update and maintain proper documentation of accounting journals with high integrity and in an accurate and timely manner;
8. Maintain accounting software system
Assist in month end closing and audit works;
9. Responsible for custody of accounting vouchers and related documents;

Job location: Uttara, Dhaka.
