অন্তরকে 'আল্লাহমুখী' বানানোর অসাধারণ কিছু কৌশল!

কিছু কৌশল অনুসরণ করে আমরা আমাদের অন্তরকে 'আল্লাহমুখী' বানাতে পারি :

১. বেশি বেশি আল্লাহকে স্মরণ করা।

২. আল্লাহর আদেশ মোতাবেক চলার চেষ্টা চালিয়ে যাওয়া।

৩. গুনাহ বা ইসলামী দৃষ্টিকোণে সমস্ত অনৈতিক কার্যকলাপ থেকে বিরত থাকা। যেগুলো আমাদের অন্তরকে নোংরা ও দুর্বল করে দেয় এবং অন্তরকে বানিয়ে দেয় আল্লাহবিমুখ।

৪. প্রতিনিয়ত এ কথা স্মরণে রাখা যে, আমাদের একজন রব আছেন; তিনি আমাদের দেখছেন।

৫. নিয়মিত কুরআন তিলাওয়াত করা।

৬. মৃত্যুকে স্মরণে রাখা এবং কবর জিয়ারত করা।

৭. সঙ্গ নির্বাচনে সচেতন হওয়া। সৎ সঙ্গ গ্রহণ করা এবং অসৎ সঙ্গ বর্জন করা।

৮. 'আত্মশুদ্ধি' বিষয়ে দক্ষ এমন কারও সাহচর্যে থেকে অন্তরকে পরিশুদ্ধ করা।

৯. আলেমদের সংস্পর্শে থাকা।

আমাদের অন্তর যদি একবার 'আল্লাহমুখী' হয়ে যায়, তাহলে রাগ নিয়ন্ত্রণ করা আমাদের জন্য খুবই সহজ হয়ে যাবে ইনশাআল্লাহ।
