Winter and Vicks both are related to each other. It has multiple uses. From them the cough and congestion is the most common reason in winter. Most of we have the same problems. So everyone needs a Vicks for preparation of winter.
Usage!
Cough & Congestion: Rub a thick layer on chest & throat; wear loose clothing to help vapors reach the nose.
Muscle & Joint Pain: Apply to the sore area 3-4 times daily for temporary relief.
Inhalation (Adults/Kids 12+): Dissolve 2 tsp in a bowl of hot (not boiling) water and inhale vapors for 10-15 mins.
Do not use it on children's under 2 years.
