Le sein est un organe composée d'une glande mammaire, de fibres de soutien (ligaments) et de graisse (tissus adipeux), le tout est recouvert par la peau.
le sein est situé par dessus le muscle pectoral. on retrouve également au niveau du sein des nerfs, des vaisseaux sanguins et lymphatiques.
La glande mammaire est divisée en 15 à 20 sections : lobes composés de lobules, ceux ci sont reliés à des canaux qui se rendent sous le mamelon. on peut également observer des chaînes de ganglions lymphatiques qui filtrent les microbes et protègent le corps contre les infections et les maladies.
Le rôle principal du sein reste la sécrétion et la production du lait pour nourrir le bébé.
Le cancer du sein peut se développer tant au niveau d'un canal galactophore que d'un lobule et il peut également se retrouver au niveau des ganglions lymphatiques.

Ascitic fluid may be used to help determine the etiology of ascites, as well as to evaluate for infection or presence of cancer.Prior to procedure being performed assessment of the amount and nature of the ascites should be made using preferably CT or ultrasound. The indication for the procedure should be considered to determine the volume of fluid to be removed.Full aseptic technique, with antiseptic skin preparation and infiltration of local anesthetic should be employed. Patient can be positioned to allow accumulation of fluid to one side.

1⃣عندما ينتفخ يضغط على المعدة حتى يبدأ التشجؤ وبعدها الشهية مغلقة وبعدها التقئ يعني حرق في فم المعدة وممكن تظهر التهابات فالفم

2⃣ ياتي دور المعدة وهي عضلة تضغط بدورها على القلب حتى تصبح تسمع في صوت القلب في اذنيك لان بطبيعة الحال يصبح بطنك كالدف تنقل الصوت ويصبح بطنك كله ينبض

3⃣يصل الانتفاخ حتى يأثر على الجهة اليمنى للصدر حتى يصبح وخز واحساس انو مشكل في المرارة .والجهة اليسرى جهة القلب شعور ثقل القلب وان ثقلا على صدرك
