Also called the 'reward' hormone. It helps us feel motivated and proud when achieving goals. ๐ฅ๐โ
However, it's also correlated with addiction and feelings of apathy when you get unhealthy peaks and dips.
These can be caused by unhealthy dopamine sources such as co-dependent relationships, social media, junk food etc.
Whatever associations we make with dopamine, we crave more of it.

Dieter came to me in the beginning of this year with knee pain and some instabilities. With some PT-sessions and home scheme's we were able to strengthens the knees again and work on the instabilities.
