Hello Besties!

We’ll be taking a break from 9th to 19th June for some personal days to clear our head and mind, to take care of our mental health and so escape from reality for a bit.

We will still be accepting orders, as mostly is handle online, but deliveries and cube runs will be unavailable during these times. We will still be available to be reached via WhatsApp, but with limited access.

We hope our besties will understand and respect the time and space we need. insyaAllah we will return back with a clearer and better mindset ♡

We get a lot of "is it instock?"

As stated in our profile, we are pre-order based. Unless it is clearly stated that the item is available in store.

We require at least a deposit to proceed to processing the order. This is because we have experienced customers placing order saying "will pay when item arrives" but end up cancelling their order. That is why sometimes you see there is items available at a quantity of 1 or 2.

For pick-up and deliveries, it will be processed the following day as we are part-time business owners and have a day job to attend too also. Items will be dropped off at the selected cube the day after payment is made or after the item arrives. The same goes for deliveries, we will arrange pick up of items the following day and once picks it up, they will deliver it the next day.

It’s been quite a year for Team BT with venturing into this business. There has been a lot of ups and definitely some downs too. Running a business as a team is not easy and especially if you have other commitments too (like day job and family). With 2023 coming, we hope nothing better but prosperity for all our followers. Thank you for your loyalty and support, it means a lot to us.

And finally, we wish everyone a happy new year and may you achieve your goals in 2023 🫶🏻

Hi Besties! Team BT will be on airplane mode starting 12th until 27th December.

Replies on DMs and WhatsApp will be slow as we will have limited connectivity. Queries on pending orders will be replied with 2 days. Please understand that we are currently taking a short break and spending that break with families and that will be our priority. After all, everyone has families and we assume everyone will understand what it means to spend time with family.
