According to the weather app, it felt like 2.3°C when I went out for my walk this morning. Can confirm: was icy cold 🥶

As much as I enjoy a cosy winter, I can’t help but miss the long, warm days of summer. For me, this snap of Voyager of the Seas from January 2020 really captures that Sydney-summer feeling 🌞 It’s something about the light 🤩

Voyager of the Seas will be back in Australia at the end of 2025. She’ll sail from Brisbane, and I think I need to get myself onboard again.

The first time I sailed on Voyager, I kinda hated it. Not because of the ship or cruise, but because I learned just days before I set sail, that my then-employer (…boss 🙄) would also be onboard. It was not a vibe 🙅🏻‍♂️

Thankfully, I had a Voyager do-over in February 2020 (sans boss) and that’s when I really enjoyed myself! 🕺🏻

Have you ever had a holiday inadvertently (or purposefully) crashed by people that you just didn’t want around? 🤣
