What makes you feel good? 😃🤩
Start each day doing things that makes you feel great. If you build a great habits, establish a daily routine and eat healthy, everything will begin to get better.
Wake up early, do exercises and have a good breakfast are the three simple things that will help you start and have an amazing day!!

If you stop losing weight, you have to eat more 😋 and lift weights 🏋🏻♀️
😳 What? Yeah. In an easy pace controlling your caloric deficit you may guarantee a sustainable weight loss.
However, an aggressive caloric reduction your body will seek a homeotatic balance. What may lead to an alteration in your thyroid hormones, s*x hormones (down regulation), an increase in cortisol. Cortisol is good, but high levels for long periods interfere in insulin and leptin levels (disrupting your appetite)
These bunch of negative hormonal disorder leads to ⬆️FAT GAIN and ⬇️ MUSCLE LOSS 🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♀️
And, much more other negative effects on your health.
You may be questioning: what should I do?
First, don't follow crazy diets.
Second, do exercises, mainly weight training because it's going to prevent you from losing muscle mass keeping your metabolism high.
Third, remember that, consistency is the key.

People tend to go hard when they start new projects, and with losing weight wouldn’t be different. When it comes to weight loss journey what everyone does at first is cutting calories and in most of the time in a drastic way.
However, does this really work?
Yes, it does, and not, it doesn’t! 🤷🏻♂️
You will lose weight initially but then you’ll hit a plateau or even worse... You’ll put all the weight back on or get more weight than before.
Don’t get me wrong, this doesn’t mean that calories don’t matter for weight loss. Definitely matters, though to lose weight isn’t just a mathematical question.
Our metabolism is a dynamic system and so, the approach needs to be different.
