4 Ways to avoid a painful wax
1. Dry/dehydrated skin lacks water/oil content. The water /oil balance maintains the skins acid mantle; which helps maintain skin elasticity. Have you ever stretched dry skin? It’s hypersensitive and cracks easily.
2. Shaving/ Nair in between appointments. Have you ever noticed when you shave your hair grows back thicker and blunt cut. The thicker and shorter the hair, the harder it is to remove.
3.Harsh chemical lighteners/exfoliant’s, at minimum 3 days prior to your appt avoid these agents as they can cause skin lifting.
4.Stay on schedule so that your hair growth cycle stays on schedule. The more consistent your are with your appts the less and thinner your hairs grows back.
