🌱Payments

~We accept cash only.
~Our prices are all on the pricelist. Additional minutes means additional charges.
~No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
~ All our no show spa treatments incur a 50% cancellation fee. Last minute spa treatments incur a 100% cancellation fee.

🌱Appointments and scheduling

~ Walk ins are welcome based on availability, however bookings are prioritized.
~Services will be offered by therapists available on that day.
~ When booking a session, make sure to schedule your day accordingly.

🌱Health and Safety

~Children under 12 years should be accompanied by an adult.
~If feeling unwell please reschedule.
~Management reserves the right to deny spa usage to anyone if safety and health are a concern.

🌱Customer satisfaction

~If unhappy with your service please say so before leaving or 24 hours after, so that necessary adjustments are made.

To our lovely customers.

Sea Shells Day Spa Bw would like to take this time and thank each and everyone of you, who has been with us throughout the year. Your loyalty and support does not go unnoticed.

We will close for the holidays on the 24th December 2025 and will reopen on the
27th December 2025. We will also be closed from the 31st Of December 2025 and will reopen on the 3rd of January 2026.
