Here is a question for You-Do you get enough water on a daily basis for your hair to grow healthily?

We all know water is vital for hair growth but do we understand exactly how?🤷🏽‍♀️

We always focus or mostly talk about the importance of topical application of water but did You know “water makes up almost 25% of the weight of a single strand of hair! 😱

Much like a plant needs water to grow, so does hair. Water is a key ingredient that supports vitamins, which contribute to your hair growth.

But drinking plain tap water is not at all fun guys let’s just be honest🤣 swipe to the left and check out what I use to make it bearable- You can also add a few drop of honey🍯 ,squeeze a bit of Orange in there as well.

How do You drink Your water?

I mostly finger detangle My hair as You guys know I have very fine and highly porous hair so gentle does it but there are times when I want to stretch it so I always go for the wide tooth comb👌🏾

& I ALWAYS use a Tangle teeser aka shampoo brush whenever I shampoo my scalp as well-very good at removing build up and also massages Your scalp which feels really good🤤😂

I am one of those people who don’t believe in choosing My hair Products based on the curl typing method because it has proved to be in accurate🤷🏾‍♀️

Who else is guilty of this cause I am🙋🏽‍♀️..I wouldn’t say it’s chronic though cause I mostly do it when I take pictures😜 & usually when I am wearing My hair out-which is not that often.I usually wear My slap(satin lined) hat when chilling at home and that helps a lot.👌🏾
