This year I began on a journey to re define my goals.... In fitness....
I began to believe fitness is not actually defined as weight loss.... It is a process, a lifestyle, it is a mental well-being, it is not entirely how one looks on the outside......
It is how you feel..... Confidence, the ability to deal with day to day stressors...the ability to walk up every and look forward to pushing hard......
It does not matter how you what's important is how you feel....
