SJA Therapy Dogs , Sophie and Kona, visited at the SARA site in Abbotsford today!
While we didn't have a huge crowd, these two dog friends brought out the smiles on the faces of three young children and their moms - and that in turn made our (handlers and dogs) hearts happy!!

I just published a blog post I had written a couple of years ago, I found it this morning and felt it was ready to share 😊 If you have ever dealt with pesky ants on your patio or in your kitchen I'm sure you will enjoy this story 🐜

My bathroom smells amazing! It’s the verge of a New Moon, time to wash away all the emotions. Define them, explore them, write and burn then wash it all away.
Soaking in “spa time” bath salts, massaged in frankincense and abundance (my oils of choice tonight)

Guess what yesterday was? Bath Salt making day and Soul Care Kit Assembly day ❤️. Bonus of the day was a wonderful soak in a Relaxation bath of my own last night ❤️
