History : has never been lightened, crazy right?? This babe has only ever had brown on brown on brown

What we did: Large sections, chunky weave, diagonal back sectioning

Backcombing and heavy saturation was key and foiled for max lift.

Toner: 6aa, 6wg

NO root melt was necessary this time, I find as long as saturation is heavy and blended and back bombing is done properly there is no need for it.

When timing was almost perfect!!!!

One of my favourite things to do with blondes been over highlighted and ALWAYS have roots 2 weeks later is to babylight and root smudge. Formulating a root smudge doesn’t always been a darker root..... it can be as simple as 2 toner formulations, zone 1 slightly deeper and zone 2 + 3 lighter and brighter. Taking this extra bit of time on each and every service turns an okay service into an unforgettable service
