“how long does SMP last?”

The longevity will come down to a couple factors, we are tattooing just below the epidermis layer of skin so the health of your scalp is so important. In general you will need to come for a touch up appointment every 2-5 years to make sure the dots are crisp and a refresh of any fading. Following aftercare is so crucial for excellent SMP results.

DOES SMP HURT?
•I have found that people have a different level of pain tolerance, but for the most part clients have related the feeling of getting SMP to an irritating bite or small pinch. Some clients have fallen asleep during their treatment, but I do have a topical numbing spray if needed.

A density treatment is one way to add fullness to thinning hair. This is the first treatment of two for this client who wanted to add fullness to his look without “braving the shave”.

SMP- I create thousands of tiny dots using a super small needle and customized ink to match your hair follicle perfectly. It creates the illusion of hair for people experiencing thinning or balding. This was the first session for a density treatment after we did a big cut! Fullness was added to his hairline as well as his crown and whole top of his head!
