Every year, thousands of Canadians experience preventable injuries—and falls remain the leading cause of injury-related deaths, hospitalizations, emergency department visits, and disabilities in Canada.
On Canadian Injury Prevention Day, we're raising awareness about the importance of prevention and empowering Canadians to stay active, mobile, and independent.
Chiropractors play an important role in fall prevention by helping improve balance, mobility, strength, and joint function, while providing personalized advice and exercises to help reduce the risk of falls.

This Migraine Awareness Month, we’re helping shine a light on migraine as a serious neurological disease that affects millions of Canadians. By increasing understanding and reducing stigma, we can help those living with migraine feel seen, supported, and empowered.
While migraine triggers vary from person to person, common triggers can include stress, poor sleep, dehydration, hormonal changes, certain foods, and neck tension.
Chiropractors are trained to assess the spine, muscles, and nervous system to help identify factors that may be contributing to headache pain, rule out serious concerns, recommend appropriate treatment options, or refer when necessary. For some people, chiropractic care may play a role in managing migraine and recurrent headaches as part of a broader care plan.
