☘️Here’s a natural Ayurvedic detox juice 🌿 that helps cleanse Ama (toxins) and balance Agni (digestive fire).

❇️Moringa-Lemon Detox Juice

🌸 Ingredients:
-1 tsp moringa powder or 1 handful fresh moringa leaves
-Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1/2 inch fresh ginger, grated
- 1 cup warm water
- Pinch of rock salt or pink Himalayan salt
- Optional: 1/2 tsp honey, added after water cools slightly

- 🌼 How to make:

1. If using fresh leaves, blend with warm water and strain.
2. Add lemon juice, grated ginger, and salt. Stir well.
3. Add honey only when the water is lukewarm, not hot.

❇️Best time: Early morning on an empty stomach
❇️Doshas: Great for Kapha. For Pitta, skip ginger or reduce. For Vata, add a pinch of cumin powder.

❇️Home Remedies for Managing Acidity Naturally. 1. Aloe vera juice. ➡️Take fresh Aloe Vera juice in an amount of 20 – 30 ml and dilute with equal parts of water. Now, consume this mixture twice daily once in the morning and then repeat it in the evening. 2.Amla juice. ➡️Amla juice for this take approximately 20 ml of Amla juice and mix it in a glass of water.
