UV-induced skin damage can be prevented from ensuring that your daily dose of SPF is always in check..whether it be on a bright sunny day or a gloomy winter one
Here, I’ve laid out the 3 types of UV radiation(UVC, UVB & UVA). Because UVB & UVA can be detrimental to your skin health, it’s important to use a broad-spectrum sunscreen; meaning that the sunscreen provides protection from both UVB & UVA rays. Though UVB is the most carcinogenic, both UVB & UVA contribute to skin cancers and therefore it’s so important to not only apply sunscreen everyday, but also reapply it throughout the day!💗
