No shows:
Full payment for missed services is required to secure a new appointment as this leaves me insufficient time to fill the spot. (There is a 15 minute grace period for being late and then you are considered a no show)

Cancellations:
For cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance - a 50% payment of the booked service is due with exceptions at my discretion.

Payment Terms: Payment is due on the appointment day.
