This one surprises people. “Dissolving filler” only applies to certain products. Knowing which is which protects your face and your wallet.

Hyaluronic acid (HA) fillers — Juvederm, Restylane, etc.
• Can be dissolved with hyaluronidase if there’s migration, asymmetry, or a safety concern.
• Great for lips, under-eyes, and “first-time” treatments.
Non-HA / biostimulatory fillers — Radiesse (CaHA), Sculptra (PLLA).
• Not dissolvable the same way. They stimulate collagen and fade over time.
• Amazing for structure and skin quality in the right areas, but require a precise plan.
Placement + product > price: incorrect product/plane = lumps, heaviness, or unnatural results regardless of cost.
