A lot of people have asked me about the business retreat I went on last week in San Antonio and to be honest my answer is truthful in that it was basically a place to network and connect (my fav part) and it also covers all the things you don’t get taught in hair school like marketing, finances, social media, branding etc

But the one thing I don’t really mention is that you have to earn your spot there. You have to have hit milestones in your business (and prove it with documentation) to even be in the room.

This is and she has made it her mission to help stylists to become truly wealthy in their lives- whatever that means for them: Love, Time, Health and Finances.

Being a business owner can be lonely and tiring and stressful (aswell as all the good stuff and rewarding aspects too!!)

But having a network of people to chat to, share ideas and celebrate wins with is priceless.

I have so much to look forward to and even though it’s hard - I feel right where I’m meant to be 🤍

For many women, as we navigate peri/menopause, our hair begins to change. Less density, finer through the ends and just not sitting the way it used to.

Majority of my clients that decide to get extensions are doing it to feel like themselves again. They’re not doing it for long mermaid hair (although I’m totally here for those clients too !!🙋🏻‍♀️)

Extensions have come a long way from how they used to be. What does it mean to have custom extensions? Also prepping the hair before you step in the studio -with washing, sometimes colouring to get your blend just right as well as drying for my straight hair ladies (curly texture we let air dry to texture match)
