☀️ My summer schedule is now available through the end of August.
My hours will vary slightly throughout July and August to accommodate family schedules, but a variety of daytime and evening appointments remain available.
If you are looking for a specific day or time and don't see availability online, feel free to send me a text. While evening appointments may be more limited on some weeks, I am always happy to see if there is a suitable option available.
Online booking is available 24/7:

I debated for a long time whether to share this here. It feels embarassing... I feel vlnerable... But I need the support of my people right now.
Many of you know me as an RMT, educator, former Massage Therapy Program Coordinator, colleague, or community volunteer. Over the past year, I've been navigating ongoing legal and regulatory proceedings related to a former educational role. While I have continued rebuilding my practice and moving forward professionally, the legal costs associated with responding to these matters have become significant.
Creating a fundraiser was not an easy decision, but after careful consideration, I recognized that I could not continue managing these costs entirely on my own.
If you would like to learn more, I've included the link below.
There is absolutely no expectation to contribute. I am simply sharing this as part of my professional and personal community, many of whom have asked how they can support me during this process.
Thank you for your kindness, encouragement, and support over the past year. I appreciate you all.

~ Cupping for shoulder tension + booking update ~
When you swim 7–9 times a week, your shoulders do a LOT.
For this young competitive swimmer, cupping is one of the tools we use around the shoulder and upper back area to help with tension and discomfort from high-volume training. We also include PNF stretching, pin-and-stretch style techniques, assessment, and movement-based care depending on what he needs that day.
Cupping isn’t some magical thing — it’s one option within a broader manual therapy plan, and for him, it’s something he finds really helpful.
____
Booking note: To keep online booking simple, I’ve removed individual add-on appointment options. Going forward, feel free to add “cupping” or “hot towels” in the comments section when booking so I can prepare for your treatment.

My website refresh is officially live ✨
I’ve been working behind the scenes updating my website to better reflect my practice, improve accessibility, and make booking and navigating services easier for patients.
You’ll find updated information about:
• Massage Therapy services
• TMJD care
• Pelvic health support
• Post-surgical care
• Fees, booking, and what to expect at your first visit
The goal was to create a smoother, more user-friendly experience while giving a better picture of who I am and how I approach care as an RMT.
Still some things to do, but go take a look around! What do you think?

The music I play in my office is much different than when I leave for the day. 😄
I have a pretty diverse love of music though. 💕
When treating, I use a massage playlist on YouTube Music that I created over the years, but if you ever want to listen to something else, please let me know!
There are options: music with lyrics, acoustic jams, waterfalls, whales, podcasts, and more..
Or silence...
You have control of the turntable. What are you choosing to listen to during your next massage?
Can you guess which genre is my least favourite?
* the music in this video is not mine, I do not own rights to the music. 🎶

Thank You & Farewell – Integrative Physiotherapy and Wellness 💕
Next week will be my final week working alongside the incredible team at Integrative Physiotherapy and Wellness.
This wasn’t an easy decision, but my family schedule has shifted recently, and my son is still at an age where I need to be more present. After taking time to reflect, I made the decision that best supports my family right now. It also didn’t feel appropriate to continue taking time and income away from both the clinic and my own practice when I couldn’t fully commit in the way I value.
Joining this team last year came at exactly the right time in my life. It supported both my personal and professional growth in ways I truly appreciate. I’m grateful for the collaborative environment, the shared commitment to patient care, and the relationships built along the way.
I will continue to confidently refer patients to this team, knowing they are in excellent hands.
All the best in your new chapter.
The clinic will be moving to a beautiful, new location:
📍 11 Patterson Rd, Unit 24, Barrie
There will be a new Registered Massage Therapist joining the team in June to continue supporting patient care within the clinic. Look out for their schedule to open!
To the team — thank you for your support, collaboration, and trust. I’m looking forward to staying connected and continuing to support shared patients where appropriate.

Next Steps:
I'm ready to focus and grind on my business platform. Updates coming shortly.
You will still see me at my office at 72 Ross St.
in Victoria Village Shops, Unit 18 from Mon - Thurs.

Seeing a new intake form pop up before your appointment? 📃
That means:
◇ It’s been 1 year since your first visit 📅 (and I reopened my business 🥳)
OR
◇ I’ve made updates to my forms to align with current CMTO Standards of Practice for collecting health information (following updates to privacy legislation) since your last visit
Updating your health history helps keep your care informed, relevant, and aligned with your current needs.
Thank you for being part of my practice 💚
Thank you for trusting me to be part of your journey 💛

As RMTs, we can be an integral part of your care and often your first line of defense with changes in your moles. Sometimes I may bring up your moles if I am concerned with any changes, and refer you to your dr. Better safe than sorry.
Self-examination is important for both men and women, but it may not always be accessible for all bodies.
If you are questioning a mole or change in tissue, just get it checked out, it doesn't hurt to ask.
