Last month we went to Portugal 🇵🇹
As a teenager, I had a dream — to visit Braga. Back home in Belarus, my nickname was “Braga.” It always felt special to me.
25 years later, I finally made it there… with my family.

Vacation mode but the learning never stops.
Osteopathic principles always travel with me. Even on vacation, the book is close and the sunset is a good reminder to slow down, breathe, and keep learning.
The body never stops adapting — and neither should we.
