With a heavy heart, I’m closing one chapter of my journey.

I’ve made the difficult decision to step away from in-person shows to showcase my soaps. While these events have meant so much to me, they’re no longer sustainable for the future of my business.

This isn’t the end—it’s a shift. I’ll be moving to an online-only space, where I can continue creating and sharing what I love in a new way.

Thank you to everyone who has supported me, stopped by my table, shared kind words, or taken a piece of my work home. It truly means more than I can put into words.

As I begin building this next chapter, I ask for a little patience while I learn and grow into this new space. More details will follow soon.

A sweet custom baby shower basket I had the pleasure of creating! 🍼💜
I was asked to design something that would celebrate both baby and mom, so this became a double spa basket filled with gentle, comforting goodies.
At the heart of the basket are two handcrafted bars from What the Shell Soaps — my small-batch, natural soaps made with skin-loving ingredients.
This set includes
• Plain Goat Milk Soap – creamy, gentle, and perfect for sensitive skin
• Cinnamon Coffee Soap – a warm, lightly exfoliating bar that smells amazing and leaves skin feeling soft and refreshed
Also included in the basket: • A detangler comb
• A loofah for mom
• A soft bath headband
• A packet of beautiful lavender from champspourpres
• A lavender diffuser with bamboo sticks
• A soft sponge for baby
• A bottle of Johnson’s Baby Wash (cold-pressed soap isn’t recommended for newborn skin)
Everything is wrapped in a lavender swirl, hand-crocheted chunky nursing blanket, perfect for the stroller or car seat.
And yes… I crocheted the blanket too! 🧶

I’ve just poured my latest creation and the studio smells like a dreamy creamsicle cloud. This beauty is scented with bright orange essential oil and warm, cozy vanilla fragrance oil for that sweet citrus swirl that feels like sunshine in bar form.
Each round is set with a natural loofah right inside and finished with an orange and gold mica swirl for that glowing, golden-hour vibe ✨
This cold process soap is made with:
• Olive oil – known for its gentle, conditioning lather and skin-loving moisture. It helps create a mild bar that feels silky and nourishing.
• Coconut oil – brings those big, bubbly suds and deep cleansing power we all love.
• Shea butter – adds creamy richness and extra hydration, helping skin feel soft and smooth.
• A touch of mineral oil – helps support glide and lasting moisture.
• Sodium hydroxide – essential for the saponification process that transforms these oils into soap. No lye remains once curing is complete.
The natural loofah adds built-in exfoliation, helping to buff away dry skin and leave you feeling polished and refreshed. Think shower + spa day + citrus orchard all in one 🛁🍊
This idea was inspired by my best friend in the Isle of Man,
and I cannot wait to see how it cures.
I’ll be sharing the final reveal soon. Fingers crossed this one becomes a bubbly, fragrant favourite! 🫧

🐻 Fresh in the Mold 🐻
Today’s pour is a teddy bear shaped artisan soap made especially for the WC Little Elementary School Expo in Barrie on April 18th 🎉
This is my second time at this location and I am so excited to be back! The colors are swirling like cotton candy skies inside this little bear and I cannot wait to see it unmolded.
If you’re coming to the expo, make sure you stop by and stock up. These small batch artisan soaps don’t hang around for long once they hit the table.
As soon as this sweet bear pops out of the mold, I’ll be sharing the full ingredient list and all the details.
