I made the choice to face the pain as hard as it was, this being with the pain & darkness really allowed me to properly transform the harshness into understanding, healing & love.

I abandoned myself over and over until I finally understood the patterning. No, it wasn't fun. It also made it more harsh because the love I received from both my mom and grandma (my matriarchs) while they were here, was the most powerful love I've ever experienced ❤️ and to have that then not was a feeling I find hard to explain in words.

The reason I am a medicine woman is because I've continued to transform that pain into love for myself and my fellow humans.

Hydrosols are the most underrated skincare superpower 🌹🌿🌲

A hydrosol is the pure distillation of a plant - flower - tree - the water soluble parts of the plant are extracted from the plant using steam distillation or hydro distillation (depending on what is being distilled) in a traditional copper alembic still.

The ingredients are pure & simple. There is 1 ingredient: the water soluble part of the plant a.k.a hydrosol.

Each plant offers its own specific benefits because the phytonutrients in each plant is different.

All wild harvested with my hands 💜 built not on extracting all that I can from the Earth - but with a relationship of giving & receiving, of deep listening and adoration of Her *The Earth Mother

(I like to keep my plants organized - so I only have smaller quantities to last 1 year, this ensures nothing is wasted and my timing for how much I need each year is getting pretty accurate after 17 yrs.

The key 🔑 with my work is that I create it with a high level of integrity. It has to be good for me so that it can be good for you.

Anytime your purchasing a hydrosol, a facial serum, a herbal tea from me - I've used plants that are full of medicine and that aren't bought from somewhere else for me to mix up. My integrity is my superpower and it shows through the quality & feeling of my products. Everything I harvest is used within a year so you can rest assured that, that is the quality & care we built our foundation on.

I don't know a lot of people that would go into the forest and observe for long periods of time, to find the right tree or plant to distill, and then distill it with ancient alchemy.
