WE’RE MOVING!!!
I will not be providing my services to the Peterborough area anymore! We are packing up and moving to Bracebridge, ON.

Getting fit is hard work, especially when you are a Mom. It’s crazy how taking time for yourself all of a sudden becomes a chore on the ”to do” list.
Finally, getting fit is off the bottom of my list and has just become a part of my daily life.
It’s crazy how much more organized I feel from ADDING something to the daily routine! Lol
This mug was a gift from my Ma, and it’s cool because this is what I say to God when I’m stressed, anxious, or just trying to get through a rough day! Can’t do any of it alone. ❤️
