Hi everyone,
I hope you all had the opportunity to enjoy the weather on Sunday. It was a beautiful day. Summer is on its way. Time for us to get our walks in, plant our gardens and our flowers. As we enjoy the beautiful days ahead it’s important to take care of ourselves too. With each day that comes we should concentrate on how we can feel better mentally and physically. If we aren’t in a good place mentally our body won’t be either. If we feel better , we will function better.
Our emotions affect how we feel physically. If you’re grieving, sad , depressed, suffer from anxiety these emotions can hugely affect our gut.
If you’re happy, positive , in a good place mentally it will have an impact on how you feel physically. You’ll feel great when getting up to start your day.
The mind gut connection is REAL.

We are 17 days away from Spring. Spring is one my favourite times of the year.
It’s when people are out more, happier because our days are warmer & the sunshine lasts longer.
We get ready to do our spring cleaning and making sure we get out and get our much needed Vitamin D. Change our diets , our skincare our winter routine rituals etc..
In the spring most of us don’t eat as heavy as we do in the winter. All the yummy comfort foods. Some great light recipes are easy and take no time at all to make. One of my favourites is the avocado chicken rice paper wraps.
I love using rice paper!
(so I can eat more than one)
So easy to make all you need is:
🍗 - 2 seasoned chicken breasts
(cooked anyway I like to bake or bbq them)
🫓- 4 rice papers
🥬- Romaine lettuce
🥒- Cucumber (thinly sliced)
🥑- 1 large avocado (thinly sliced)
🥕- Carrots (sliced julienne style)
🫑- Red pepper (sliced lengthwise)
🌱- Herbs can include cilantro, mint and fresh basil chopped.
Put your rice paper in a bowl of water for a few seconds then start rolling all your ingredients to make your perfect wrap
So delicious and fresh!

I had second thoughts about posting an actual colonic being done. But I thought it would be beneficial for you to see what your body could be holding. Toxicity needs to be removed from our colon. This client suffers from IBS.(Irritable Bowel Symdrome). Many suffer from this and don’t even know. Symptoms can be cramping, bloating, diarrhea and/or constipation. If you’ve been following me on social media, you know that having a bowel movement two to three times daily is normal, for this client it wasn’t.

Happy Friday everyone I’d like to share a super beneficial smoothie that will help with Fat burning, Improve your energy level, Jump start your weight loss & Cleanse your colon.
This smoothie should be consumed first thing in the morning and right before bed. If you are only able to drink it once, drink it first thing on an empty stomach.
You will see your digestion will improve. It’s a Nutrient Rich smoothie that will also help Reduce hunger, burn belly fat & boost metabolism.
The ingredients are simple & it’s so easy to make.
You will need :
🍍- Half a pineapple (Rich in vitamin C/helps with weight loss/low in calories/ aids in digestion /manganese in pineapple promotes healthy bones/packed with disease fighting antioxidants which helps fight inflammation)
🍋 -1 lemon (squeezed)
