I’m loving these cadaver videos! Today I’m sharing the one on PTSD. The trauma actually changes the way your brain functions. Be kind to yourself and others. We never know what others around us are dealing with.

I frequently get asked what I’m feeling for when massaging. I try to explain it as best as I can. This is a neat video to watch. It shows where the sciatic nerve comes out behind the knee. Remember that this nerve starts at the base of the spine and runs all of the way in to your foot. There are many areas that this nerve can be “pinched” so it’s not an “easy” fix when it starts to bother you. Stretching your gleut and hamstring muscles are very helpful to prevent sciatic pain but accidents can still happen.

We love being able to direct bill through the Telus portal. Unfortunately sometimes things change. We just received word that Sunlife will no longer be accessible through this portal. Starting at the end of November, all people with Sunlife coverage will have to pay me for their services and then submit their claims themselves. 😢
