With my heart heavy, I decided to leave and focus more on my beauty business to bring more availability to my clientes and spend more quality of life with my family!
I am excited to share with you that starting May 10,2026 my schedule will be more flexible and more availability to accommodate you!!! ❤️

You likely need a lymphatic drainage massage if you are experiencing persistent swelling or a general sense of "heaviness" that doesn't improve with rest. Because the lymphatic system lacks a central pump like the heart!!!

EMS
(Enhanced Muscle Recruitment)
-The technology forces contractions in muscle groups that may have weak neural connections to the brain, leading to faster strength gains and improved muscle density.

-Metabolic Boost: The intense muscular work can burn between 500 to 1,000 calories in a single session and keeps the metabolism elevated for hours afterward.

-Weight Loss: EMS can be more effective for overall weight and BMI reduction due to its high metabolic demand.

-Time Efficiency: A standard session typically lasts only 20-30 minutes, which is often marketed as equivalent to 90–120 minutes of conventional gym training.

-Contraindications: EMS is generally not recommended for individuals with pacemakers, epilepsy, certain heart conditions, pregnant or metal implants.

-Training Schedule & Duration
Frequency: Start with 1 session per week for beginners, eventually increasing to 2–3 sessions as you adapt.
Duration: Sessions should typically last 20–30 minutes.
Recovery: Allow at least 48 hours between sessions for the same muscle group to prevent overtraining.

-Hydration: Drink plenty of water before and after sessions to help with muscle recovery and conductivity. Balanced diet is a must!

LIPEDEMA
Conservative Management

Non-surgical treatments focus on managing fluid buildup and slowing progression. These are often required even after surgery.

Compression Therapy: Wearing medical-grade, flat-knit compression garments is essential to reduce swelling and improve lymphatic flow.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD): A specialized light massage that stimulates the lymphatic system to clear excess fluid.

Anti-Inflammatory Diet: While lipedema fat is resistant to calorie restriction, diets like Keto, RAD (Rare Adipose Disorder), or Mediterranean help reduce inflammation and pain.

Low-Impact Exercise: Activities like swimming, cycling, and walking are recommended as they stimulate the "muscle pump" to move lymph fluid without stressing joints.
