Skin pinch test 👀
Before: excess fluid = more tissue to pull up.
After lymphatic drainage: skin sits tighter, closer to the muscle because the fluid has somewhere to go now.
This is what drainage does that massage alone can’t. 💧

So many patients focus entirely on just the surgery, but your results depend heavily on what happens after u leave the operating room. 🩺

Post-op massage isn’t just about relaxation, it’s a vital part of your healing journey.

Specialized techniques help to:
✅ Reduce inflammation and excess fluid.
✅ Soften areas of firmness and prevent fibrosis.
✅ Improve circulation for faster, smoother healing.
You’ve invested in your results, now let’s protect them 💪
Always ensure u have the ‘green light’ from your surgeon before beginning your sessions‼️

The secret facial tool most people don’t know about… and yes, it’s as good as it looks! 😊👌

I put the Farad Beauty heated lymphatic brush to the test 😅 as someone who does this for a living, here’s my honest take. 🤎

The heat + vibration combo actually mimics part of what I do by hand, warming tissue, encouraging fluid movement and easing tension.

For an at-home tool, it’s genuinely well thought out 👌🏽💯

But if we’re gonna be honest here, a tool CAN SUPPORT your routine, but it can’t REPLACE trained hands that know your body’s pathways, your fascia, your specific needs etc.

This is a great between-sessions addition 💯🤍

Infrared heat 🔥 goes deeper than a regular sauna! It warms u from the inside out and helps to minimize stored fluid through your ly physic system. Pair that with lymphatic drainage, and you’re not just sweating it out, you’re flushing it out.
30 mins, one blanket, whole lot of release 💧

I wasn’t sure if I wanted to share this 🤷🏽‍♀️ but I believe someone needs to hear it.

People may see the glory, but they don’t know the story. 📖

I remember genuinely celebrating others as I watched them receive the very things I had been praying for. There were moments when I asked God, “When are u gonna do it for me too😔?”

What I’ve learned is that when God is building something, it takes time. He’s building it on a solid foundation, and what He establishes, no one can take away‼️

A little reminder: God is still working behind the scenes, even when u can’t see it. Just trust Him. 🙏🏽❤️

And the Lord answered me, and said, Write the vision, and make it plain upon tables, that he may run that readeth it. For the vision is yet for an appointed time… though it tarry, wait for it, because it will surely come. Habakkuk 2:2–3 (KJV)

Contrary to popular belief, lymphatic drainage isn’t about pushing fluid randomly around the body.
The lymphatic system follows specific anatomical pathways, which is why direction and technique matter.

Swelling doesn’t disappear overnight, and it’s not supposed to. The body heals in layers, and post op lymphatic drainage supports that process every step of the way.

Notice the gradual shifts 😏 that’s real healing. She still has more sessions to go 🙌🏽

Those after session conversations sometimes be on another level 🤣😂
