Next up is Becky ✨

Becky Uptgrove is one of the owners of Sacred Spaces, who has been a Registered Massage Therapist for 18 years, and Reiki Master for 14 years.  

Helping people and energy work are 2 of her passions, which allows her to do combination treatments such as Reiki with Massage and some yoga and reiki combo classes.

Becky has learnt through her passion for reiki, to give and give without getting anything back will ultimately drain you.  She likes to offer that in her energy work, by helping guide people through burn out, stress, depression and anxiety.

Outside of her work at Sacred Spaces, she loves being a Mom to her 10 year old son, making jewellery, biking, being outside in nature and exploring new beaches to enjoy!

Next up is Trish ✨

Trish's passion for making Yoga & Meditation accessible to ANY-BODY has always made her aware that we are more than our bodies. 

Each of us has limitations, but Trish likes to remind all of her students that we are not defined by these limitations.

She believes everyone, no matter their abilities, should have the opportunity to move with assistance, compassion & kindness.

Trish believes that taking time to rest & renew yourself isn't wasted time - it's necessary. 
She prides her teaching in Mind-Body connection as she believes there is true power in finding stillness.

Outside of being one of the owners of Sacred Spaces, Trish is the proud mother of 3 boys - ages 15,13,9.  She enjoys anything in warm temperatures near water, cooking and ongoing learning & development of her yoga & meditation practice.
