We understand life gets busy and things come up.
Please notify us at least 24hrs in advance to cancel or make adjustments to your appointment. Arriving later than 15min could be considered a "no-show" and you may be required to reschedule your appointment. No Show • required to pay 25% of your scheduled service
Guests with continuous cancellation/no-shows are subject to be booked on a walk-in basis only or require a $50 deposit on all future appointments
